Need help with Applescript to save emails

I hope someone here can help me

I need an Applescript the will create a folder based on the subject of an email then save the Email and any attachments into that folder. The email client is entourage. I have been trying my hand at writing this but any help would greatly appreciated.

So far I can create a folder based on the subject but I need to add an _1, _2 and so on if the folder already exists, that part has me stumped and Ill still need to save the text and attachments into the new folder.
