Positive Film Needed

We need to create positives for silk screening. We are currently using an epson pro 9500. The fit on critical jobs is bad. We have to slice and dice to get fit on our 40" gang runs.
What do others use or what is the alternative.

I work for a small print company in Michigan we still out put film. We can do up to 18" wide and as long as needed. We do quite a bit for screen printers. Give us a call 989.755.2116. Not sure where you are or what the shipping would be.
