Quark 7.31 on imac

Hi, i'm running quark 7.31 on new imac, but having problems in running film out at 2400 res when sending to accuset 800 with agfa viper rip1.9.2.
I can select 2400 res but when film has been processed its clearly only 1200 res
Hope this makes sense, Any ideas??

We are running quark on an imac and not having these problems. I would check to see if your RIP is overriding your application settings. We actually do that intentionally so that all film is at 2450 no matter what setting the designer selects.
