Errors message on RIP

What can I resolve these errors on RIP for MEGASETTER 600Q+ ?


Error: error: FRip/IPL Error: License check failed for key "FASTRIPIPL"

.
Error: error heartbeat not enabled: status = 0x03
Error: error qh_init: qh_heartbeat failed
Error: error Failed to initialise driver to startup communication
Error: error fripout(5): E_DEVCOM

Perhaps - your RIP software seems to think your hardware key is not physically connected to the computer the RIP software is running on ( SCSI, USB )

You can try unplugging and re-plugging it in, trying a different port, and checking to see if the driver is seeing the key...

very OLD movie ( Windows XP ? ) been a LONG while since i had to help someone with Dongle USB hasp issues...

The thing that catches my eye is the first error message: License check failed for key...". I would assume there is a USB dongle on the RIP acting as the key. Is it installed? Perhaps move it to another USB port and restart the RIP. The other errors may be due to the RIP not finding the dongle.
