Screen CPU3 Head

We replaced the Head CPU3 board on the Screen 8100, since replacing the board we are getting false reading for the lasers. The reading are lower. When we installed another board with the same head version, the reading are correct. The head version for the new board is higher than our old board. Is there any adjustments needed to the RCP or PANEL version to fix the problem?
