Breaking Point on Form Rollers Question

We have 3302H with Crestlines and we are having an issue when running full solids. We get a light water stripe across the sheet about 4 3/8" from the gripper sometime we will get another one the same distance down the sheet. Our service technician explains it is the breaking point once the water and ink forms make 1 full rotation it does this but we have not been able to keep this line from showing up. We have reduced it but can't get rid of it. Any suggestion on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

Thanks

Ross

Get a landscape press! We have a 3302 and a 3304 and they both have that same limitation. Somewhere I read that 7" is the longest solid you have a chance at pulling off with that press. I try explaining that to the owner and sales people, but it falls on deaf ears. "Just make it happen" is what they say.
