I want to know that how conductivity effect the printing quality.

It's an accurate way of measuring the strength of the fountain solution. Large fluctuations in incoming water conductivity lead to variations in etch concentration, which leads to changes in dynamic surface tension which results in changes in ink/fountain solution ratio, creating lithographic problems.
