How do you dry/cure printed sheets

To process /laminate printed sheets after printing, I think, it is better to dry the sheets ( ink evaporation) before lamination. How can you hasten drying and curing so that you can laminate the sheets quickly? Applying powder worsens lamination.

Avoid over inking. Use the thinnest ink layer possible and use a three way drier in the ink to accelerate oxidation. DO NOT MIX IT HOT! That is, don't use more drier than recommended thinking it will dry faster. The opposite will happen. The ink will skin over and slow drying of the ink underneath.
