I am trying to build user profile data on MIS applications, so would like to collect their demographic and usage pattern data for profiles like estimator, scheduler, Planner, Purchaser, Salesperson, Finance, Warehouse Manager, Business Owner, Plant Manager, etc....
So trying to make the customer experience much better on the product side, if anyone out there willing to help on getting those data or share your profiles along with the mail ID and also if you have any thoughts on how to collect these data, please throw some light and share your thoughts on this.
