Women’s Print Mentoring Network Launched

PIA, and Girls Who Print (GWP)—in its 10th year, with nearly 8,000 members—have launched a new joint venture: Women’s Print Mentoring.

This collaborative networking effort aims to advance the profile of women in the graphic communications & printing industry through the creation of positive, meaningful mentoring relationships. This launch has been in the works for more than a year.

“There is no limit to our potential when women work together to elevate each other,” said Deborah Corn of Print Media Centr. Amy Miller, CEO of Trinity Graphics & Castle Press was among the first to join as a mentor. According to Miller, “Empowered women empower women.”

The Women’s Print Mentoring Network is open to any woman employed or interested in pursuing a career in the print or graphic communications industry.
