What's your resolutions for your business in 2013?
Ok, I'll start this off, and hopefully, we can get some meaningful contributions from everyone that could help us all.
Top of my list is to spend some serious time cross-training my people. My laser operators need to know how to perform certain bindery functions, my CSR's need to understand what goes in to a graphic arts set-up process, and each individual in bindery needs to understand how to do a mail sort. Hopefully, this should help to proactively avoid problems when a job moves between departments.
