A customer asked today if our business cards were printed digitaly or litholy!!!

Oh the fun never stops!
 
Boss to prospect: "These are our RIPs. They rip the image off the art, and place it on the paper".
Me - Later after prospects have left: "Boss, RIP stands for "Raster Image Processor".
Boss:"Oh, ok. What's a 'Raster Image'"?
Me: "You know what? You're right. It rips the image off the art and places it on the paper"

I still remember the customer who took a photo of a white car on white gravel for an ad. The only things color in the photo were the taillights. Then he complained that he paid for a color ad, so where's the color?
