What are your views on service order management? This is actually automating the management of the end to end life cycle of a service request which includes validating service availability as well as the service order request. Do you think this move will be advantageous to our company if ever we implement it or this is something that can be well taken cared of manually?
 
A service order management pertains to handling the inventory and reports especially for a business with multiple locations. It is relevant and advantageous because it can improve customer service efficiency and boost profit.
