Sign Company Boom Truck Battery Question

I know this is a little odd to ask. But I am sure some other Wide Format Sign people on here have trucks too. We have a boom truck and the dedicated battery for the boom keeps being drained. I put a new one in and its dead after 2 installs. Anyone got any ideas? Could my employees be making a mistake to drain the battery? What could it be? Any suggestions on any mechanical or wire issues ?

I don't have a boom truck, but this sounds like an electrical short somewhere, perhaps a sticky relay or a bad switch, or it's not getting recharged by the alternator. I would have someone with experience diagnosing 12 or 24 volt systems check out your electrical system. Someone with a multimeter can tell you quite a lot.
