Cab I have A-7 fold-over cards blind embossed before printing

I would like to have a cmyk image printed on A-7 fold-over cards (65# or 80# uncoated stock) in my Canon Pixma (or other) inkjet printer. Is it ok to have the cards blind embossed first? The embossed area won't be that "high" (if that's the correct term)!

Short answer is "sure you can." Will it affect your printing? Maybe. without more info and visuals its tough to say

We do it all the time for base shells overprinted on the HP Indigo. The only issue with overprinting on an inkjet is head clearance. You would need to test some sheets first to make sure you don't encounter head strike.
