Graphtech cutter limits

Would a Graphtech FC8600 be a good fit for the following workflows?
-Cutting banner scrim vinyl output 13oz, 15oz, 18oz from an Epson ecosolvent printer
-Cutting business cards out of 350gsm roll media
-Cutting Hannemuhle and Epson fine art paper prints
-Cutting photo paper prints
-cutting out stickers and decals

I've checked with our commercial reps and they said that the Graphtec cutters are better at cutting things like stickers and decals. Photo and fine art media may not be suitable for that cutter unfortunately.
