Hi,
I am uk based.
I have just bought a second hand canon IPF770 as it was sold as needing a new printhead and it been stood
for over 6 months.
So when I turned it on with maintenance cartridge and ink installed a message came up "Printhead error - replace printhead"
I purchased a new printhead and have installed but still get "Printhead error"
I then noticed the 6 inklines running along the side the were some gaps and air bubbles like not reaching the printhead.
So I then did head clean A & B which it looks to have push ink through to printhead.
But I am still getting the same error message.
Please can anyone help if I can save this printer with any tube cleaning / printhead cleaning.
Thank you
