I apologise for contacting you but I have a problem with the Xerox 5252. Due to a dispute between my company and xerox they will no longer repair my machine. I need someone who could either repair the machine or offer advice. I noticed on a thread that you said you knew the model 5252 inside and out.
Could you please offer your advice, the machine starts up then immediately switches off.
