If you can access the 1-Bit ripped data there are some good solutions available to view Screening and Trapping prior to film or plate output.

I think the calibration tool would require the Highwater RIP and there plug-in. Most Harlequin OEM's developed different plug-ins to drive various devices and usually any additional features they supplied checked the security of the plug-in.
