    The Print Head Dr is a life saver! We have 2 of them to cleaning our Vutek print heads. Highly Recommended! Have not replaced a printhead in over a year!

    No the other color did not fail, printed correctly. Still failed when switched drum.

    Hello Everyone Why would the cyan just stop working? We replaced the drum and vacuumed everything. Cyan is getting toner. We did run the cleaning wand as well. We also switched drums with another color with the same results. We believe the drum is turning. Could the laser have gone bad? Frank
