I have a extra unit for spare parts, I took the whole boards and power assembly and replaced it with the spare. I will continue to figure out what is wrong the original unit. Thanks Damien

Laser, the power unit was ok

VladCanada I did do an internal test page and it occurred there also. So it something internal to the ss7000.

dlzzl I outputted an internal form and it still did it. Is there something else you would like me to try? shazam not sure how old it is, the operator says she been using it since 2001. Damien

I am using Acrobat 8.1.2 and Pitstop 7.2. Not sure on the Pantone color space. Color management are as follows. Gray=Generic Enfocus Gray, RGB=Adobe RGB (1998), CMYK=US Web Coated (SWOP)v2, LAB=Generic Enfocus Lab.

I tried both swop and Pantone 150 conversion to cmyk, both came out the same. I then turned color management off in pitstop. And the same results. Shouldn't it convert to the standard pms conversion? Is there a way to set Pitstop up to only convert to PMS conversion only?
