    Paper Curl / Digital print

Have you tried swapping grain direction or lowering the fuser temp? (I've never run a Ricoh machine) You may not be able to get away with no curl. The nature of digital is applying heat to the paper, which can cause curl. What exactly is the end application of what your trying to do here...

Konica Minolta C6501 bizhub - Duplexing from tray 4-12x18

While this is an option in service mode, the same option is available in the tray settings options for each tray. Konica c5501 - error c-6708 after moving

Does the lamp assembly light up or move when the machine is turned on? Do you know the service history of this machine? Assuming there wasn't some pre existing issue, I too doubt its a board. Have you guys tried reseating all the connectors all the related boards. I would also check the writing...

    Konica C6501 Images shift

As a konica tech...this is new one. Its definitely not your rip of files. It wouldnt be the fuser. My guess would be the magenta write unit or one of the boards..maybe a reg sensor or something? You said they've already replaced a lot though Do you know exactly which boards have been replaced...
