Plus one for this tip our Xerox 700 prints much better now - took a few service calls in a row with a blotchy blue solid before they tried this. First the tech never heard of this then after no luck or only a quick fix for a day they tried this and much better now - Thank you

Tech just left Magnus still down because it was not the interlock boards that remote support sent but the 240V power control board. A fuse was blown but Yellow light still worked? Hopefully making plates tomorrow. Sending work out bites. Not liking the new policy that Kodak has with remote...

Cheater did not change the error. Kodak remote diagnosed as a board failure only after I upgraded my service contract to expedite my call. Can not afford to be down another day. Boards and tech will be here tomorrow. I'll let you know what they put in. Thanks for your help.

We are getting the exact same message on Kodak Magnus 400 (same machine). Was working Friday turned the switch on this morning and now we are down. Only thing different is the weather. Tried opening and closing doors and panels no change. Waiting for technician..... he suggested maybe a D board...

Thanks Keith, we're going to a demo next week and I'm sure the Xante will look great then. The consumables are what is making me skeptical. The rep keep saying it depends on the coverage. We have a Xerox 700 that does a lot of 4up postcards with addressing and all the consumables fusers drums...

Any thoughts on which machine for small work? Envelopes, LHs Business cards, Remittance Envelopes, Announcement Envelopes, Invitations etc.... We have two 3302s already and looking to get more out the door faster. Most of our small press jobs are 1 or 2 color some 3/c occasional 4/c process...
