It restarts with no network cables and all normal. Problem remains.

We only put jobs on the Fiery and print from there. Rip/Fiery was reset.

Now we see that the Cyan was empty but showed 20%. I replaced the CMY toners who where low but the status bar on the machine shows the same status as before?

Not even the text sheet works. Sama... the machine goes forward like she is going to print but nothing happens. This is like when you wait for a cold fuser.

Tried all of the things above. Fiery reboot and power cycle. Could it be the fuser is not measuring the temp. right? Strange...

What is a power cycle? Power off and clear out - pushing the button?

The issues where before. My tech guy told með to run the patches because of the problem.

I opened the door next to the paper trays but the blue light goes on like nothing is wrong.

Yes i have had that - but i am trying older files and it is all the same. I am doing the updates on the Fiery and the patches. Had some long overdue updates. 12 patches.

Hello fellow printers. My Ricoh 7100 is behaving strangely. I put a job to print and it seems normal. Blue light on the machine blinks but the machine is idle and does not print. Any ideas?

I turned off 9099 and it seems to work. Dirty sensor or damaged paper profile?

Hello guys. We are having a problem feeding Munken Polar 300 gsm trough our machine. All other coated paper work but this one just does not go trough. It stops just before it goes in to the fuser - like it is taking more than one sheet. Any toughts?

Hello guys. We are having feeder issues with our Man Roland 304. The feeder head does not collect the paper from the pallet - the feeder does not go low enough. We have cleaned sensor and adjusted them in the head but no luck at all. Check the voltage etc. The timing seems ok also. Anyone here...
