I did try to downgrade Acrobat, my attempt was unsuccessful as well. This is really a major issue, I hope EnFocus and Adobe can Hug it out and get us a working version.

Thanks PD, but that is an updater file. It wants an older Acrobat to update. I only have the most current version from the Cloud.

What do you recommend for Mac Creative Cloud users in the meantime? My acrobat is updated and my Pit Stop Tools are limited. I tried to downgrade to an older version but was unsuccessful. Pit Stop is a big part of what we do everyday.

What sizes are you able to get through your 7210? We have a 7200x and it's hit and miss. 9x12 and 10x13 run great but smaller sizes not so much.

Yes that is exactly what is happening to me, very weird. Once I paste them in I have to enlarge the text box and then the headers will re-appear, after that I can re-adjust the text boxes back to their normal size. Very annoying. Glad to hear I'm not the only one. Thanks

It's always been fairly erratic, if they disappear my work around is to right click and choose Customize Quick Tools, then I just move one of the tools right or left one space and save. After that everything is set until I quit Acrobat and have to do the same thing over again when I open up. I...

I hope they offer both options, right now upgrading at $229 makes way more sense than a $360 per year subscription. Major updates seem to be at least 18 months apart, there's really no incentive for going with the subscription.
