In a perfect world this would be done in every shop... but, we are not perfect... so we do the best we can

I used a process camera every day for about 10 years and a imager for about 10 years.... On the project you have presented I believe the process camera will give the best results.... as stated before the imager will have micron-size issues.

I would try opening it in Illustrator... we have had files before that gave error messages and were able to open the file in Illustration.

are upgrades for Prinergy not available? We contact a gent in Ohio and he was able to upgrade our Prinergy Evo.
