Looking at the media guide by Konica Minolta, office printers do not have coated papers in their recommended list. Production printers do have some brands of coated paper in the list.

How much wear does coated paper have on a dry toner printer compared with uncoated paper, both smooth? Does gloss coated cause more wear than matt coated paper? And does coated cause less wear in a production printer compared with office grade? Thank you
