There is no solution to the problem. It is in the 7002, 8000AP, and the 700 as well. We've been fighting this issue for a year, all to no avail.

I have not been on in a long time. I have had my 7002 replaced by another 7002 and then an 8000AP. They all have the same issues. We are now battling them on taking the 8000AP out. If anyone else is have legal/financial/production issues wth any of Xerox's machines and would like to speak to me...

Xerox 7002, 8000AP, and 700 all have the same color issues. DO NOT BUY XEROX! They are aware of the issue, and can't fix it. See my previous posts for more detailed information.
