Hello, The 2 rollers of our unloading tray are melting and must be replace, we have already separate the tray from the CTP (Kodak Magnus 400), however we would like to know if there is specific way to dismantle the tray? does anyone know how to proceed to replace the roller?

Thank you for your fast response, please see pictures of test jobs, the tech is increasing and decreasing the laser power and drum speed but we haven't been able to reach a perfect level.

We have try the Azura plates, but our magnus 400 kept telling us a "Focus" error and refuse to insulate. The only plate we were able to work with is the saphira. We are also looking for a freelance technician in order to set up the CTP so that it can focus on Azura plates.

You guys are in USA, and we are in Mauritius, we are looking for someone in Africa or Europe ... at least closer to us.
