I bought this cutter used. It does a decent job for what I need it to do, BUT: 1) the back guage is 5MM off from the display 2) The display is set to MM and I would prefer inches. I have contacted the manufacturer, but they were no help. I'm hoping someone with one of these cutters can help...

Recently my D125 has started doing something strange. The Finisher is cycling (rises and lowers often during a job). The Fix suggested is get a firmware fix (SHA-256). I don't have a service contract with Xerox. Is there a way for me to get this firmware fix?

Is there a way to turn off Paper Tray Confirmation of stock? When I run NCR numbered forms, I run one ream at a time. Half the time I forget to hit the confirm button. It would be great if I could turn it off.

Windows system. Alt+Control+Shift tried. Same result. With no document open -> Type -> Font -> no drop down list at all!

I don't use Illustrator much, but I just noticed I only have access to Myriad Pro font. Generally I use InDesign, which has a lot of fonts. After reinstall, no change. Any thoughts?

Ok, for all you V180 owners. I am printing a job, single sided, 20# cotton writing stock. Pulling from paper tray 1, stacking on top output tray. If I finish FACE DOWN, I get a dog ear on the leading edge. If I finish FACE UP, no dog ear, runs perfect! Any idea's? (Yes, I ran the job face...
