Please give us more information. How much are you paying for ink, and is there a special click or maintenance charge? How do you find the quality and compare to what?

If it is a toner machine i would not recommend going off contract, just too many things to go wrong on these flimsy machines not build from the ground up for real production.

Hi Tony671, the "screw" you are trying to adjust, is it metal or plastic? The first couple of years the machine was produced, they used plastic and it was prone to snapping at the axel - if that is the case you are basically out of luck.

It is a copier, paper will curl, it is on of the of the side effects when paper is heated in the fuser(s) The humidifier will help you a great deal. Also try to experiment with the decurler function in you paper catalog.
