Cannot get uncoated side of C1S to run through our Ricoh to save my life

For an update and for anyone else who might have the same issue in the future - These settings + changing the paper feed height to Low and we were able to run the uncoated side no problem. Thanks again!

Cannot get uncoated side of C1S to run through our Ricoh to save my life

4th drawer; it won't even make it past U/section right past the feeder without pulling several sheets at once so finisher isn't a factor.

Yep. Really confusing. Coated side we have zero issues.

Cannot get uncoated side of C1S to run through our Ricoh to save my life

Is that actually possible for non-duplex printing? We have to run these one side at a time as the 16pt is too heavy for duplexing. If so, that could potentially work.

Cannot get uncoated side of C1S to run through our Ricoh to save my life

Hoping someone might have some insight on this. We have a Ricoh c7100, I can run the coated side of ~16pt C1S all day long without issue, but the uncoated side immediately pulls 2~3 sheets and misfeeds constantly. I've tried everything I can think of. Anti-static tinsel and spray. Winding the...

Trying to print folded text blocks for case bound book in sequential page order

(Ricoh c7100, Fiery CW6) We're producing a very short run of 9"x12" case bound books. We have to supply the text signatures to the binding vendor in sequential page order like with perfect binding, however they also have to be folded. The plan is to run it in sets of 16 pages (4x nested...

Stumped trying to run numbered multi-page PDF on NCR

For an update, I did get it sorted. Setting number of copies to the # of NCR sheets then running uncollated worked out when told to print (it did NOT work when I chose Proof Print initially for whatever reason). I already had the numbered file in reverse order, but you can swap the order in...

Stumped trying to run numbered multi-page PDF on NCR

Original is an Indesign file + a linked .csv with the numbering sequence, using the data merge panel to create the 200 page PDF. I just updated the number sequence in the .csv and exported a PDF that matched our output file from the previous order. Everything else appears to have been done in...

Stumped trying to run numbered multi-page PDF on NCR

Ricoh c7100 / Fiery Command Station 6 / FS150 Pro *Preface that I'm relatively new to operating a digital press, coming from a design position. I have a 200-page PDF, sequentially numbered in reverse order, to print 200 sets of NCR forms. Obviously I need the same page/number to print multiple...
