    Hello, once I turned avalon on, OCT writes error message (warrning S10D5, Parameter Error) and my avalon OCT lost all plate information, I try to add, but there is different interface cannot choose media type. aslo machine didnot expose test, diagnostic plate.. any sugestions?

    Hello, I have agfa avalon lf, and when i try to add (after click plate information) plate in avalon OCT comes window "!!! Couldn't open StatCmd/platetypeDB.dat !!!... I try to reinstall OCT but same problem. any idea what can I do?
