I've had a lot of success using the software from these folks: Imposition Software It's an InDesign plugin and only costs $40. Very easy to use. Hope that's helpful.

If you go digital, why wouldn't you just do your numbering in InDesign? That how I do it. Is Auto-Number really that much better or easier? Rob
