package stock question

Not sure if I am in the right section for this but I will ask anyways. I have a client whose current provider will no longer do the smaller quantities they print for a deck stain applicator. Flat it is 6 x 10, gets folded and wrapped around a foam piece that they are selling. The outside is printed full colour, inside is kraft. Feels to be about a 10pt or 12pt. Is this a kraft card stock that has white laid on and then the colour printed on top of that or is there stock that is coated and white on one side and kraft on the other? I am assuming it needs to have white laid down to print but packaging is new to us, just dipping our feet in at the moment.
