    According to manual. A problem with the image processing system. Remove the plate and restart. Check the image system board and cable between RIP and PTR (main unit and head) for poor contact.

    A set of 4 GTO 52 CTCP Plates sells here 3-4 dollars max after imaging and processing. Its dirt cheap nowadays.

    According to my knowledge , Plate Cylinder should packed to 0.5 mm including plate thickness and Blanket should 2.80 including packing. You can refer to Operating Manual or generally there is a packing guideline with cylinder undercut on Last printing unit. I hope this helps.
