Any Idea how this is printed

<deep sigh> The list of machines I desire to possess continues to grow.

    Round creasing lines

Take a look at how accucut does theirs, the pillowboxes are a fairly standard ask and they have at least one off the shelf die for them. https://accucut.com/products/box-pillow-1-pinnovation Here is the video for that die:

    Help with 32pt business cards

Is anybody familiar with the Thermotype option, at least enough to give a ballpark idea on what that machine runs price-wise. I'm curious - but not curious enough to contact a salesperson about it. :-) Is it a $5k-10k machine or a $30-$50k setup?

Preventing springing edges in folded paperboard boxes

Theirs has paperclips holding the flaps in position so they don't "spring" back into the folded position. I have a similar style box that we use for business card packaging and it always springs the same way when you unfold it. It's not a solvable problem with that style of box.

    Wrinkling on 100lb gloss text

I don't mean during imposition. Flatten the file in photoshop before putting into the fiery. I'm not sure 100% why but it produces a different result than the fiery flattening process.

    Wrinkling on 100lb gloss text

Have you tried flattening the file? Sometimes that works if there's too many layers involved in the file.

    The Company Strategy

This might be why you have an entire generation of people who are confused about the "mission" of the company and are doing marketing and other things that are counter-productive to sales. They've actually bought into the myth that all these other things matter more to customers than "price and...

    Editorial inquiry: capital investment

Sadly, we live in a world with a lot of scammers so people are more diligent about checking things out before they blindly respond to people about topics involving finances.

    iJetColor Envelope Printer

There's 48k clicks on it. We just don't use it very much which is why we'd like to sell it while it's still newish. We'd like to get $12k for it, we paid a little over $22k for it a year ago so we're just looking for half. Selling as-is where-is. There is a brand new print head for it that I...

Fingerprints - perhaps a dumb question, but...

I've noticed the same thing. We don't make a habit of wearing gloves here but I guess maybe we should. I hate the idea of wearing gloves in this hot climate though. I'd probably lean more towards just putting a plain white sheet of 28lb paper on top of the stack on jobs that are heavily coated...

Intec ColorCut SC5000 Digital Die Cutter

Anyone have any experience with these machines? Pros and cons? Our shop doesn't really "need" one but I'd sure like to have one to play with. It really seems like just a very expensive version of a Cricut though so I'm curious if anyone is actually using this for anything on a professional...

    CWS ignoring face up delivery

It doesn't come with every fiery so you may not have it. It's at the top of every screen when you click properties. If you do have it available you have to enable it in the fiery settings but I can't remember where.

    CWS ignoring face up delivery

I wish I fully understood what that does. I have researched it. We have it on one fiery and not on the other so it's problematic if we send a job from one fiery to the other. For example: If we send from the c810 to the V1000 and have already selected a paper stock then it will not print UNLESS...

Advice please - flaking toner when guillotining a solid edge which is face down

It could be that the problem is there's too much "give" on your edges. The stack is compressing slightly when you're cutting so your sheets are bending slightly at the edges during cutting which cracks the toner. This is going to be a problem with anything with a core that gets too thick...
