    Xerox Versant envelope double feeding

Always helps. IMHO, one of the most important pieces of knowledge in our industry is how to work with paper. You can teach how to run the printers, cutter, folder, and inserter because they are all finite and specific. Working with material, on the other hand, comes from years of trial &...

    Xerox Versant envelope double feeding

Ours would use trays 6 & 7, non-stop. Worked great for #10's, 6x9's, and A7's. #9's would jam. Had to tape a cardboard "jumper" at the bottom curve of the paper path where it changes to an upper direction. Then, they would run smooth as silk. We'd print 5 to 10 thousand at a clip all week long...

    Xerox Versant envelope double feeding

Mmmm.....our Versants had an attachment that fit inside the high capacity input trays. Feed was fast, efficient and no doubles The video above looks like you are feeding from the manual bypass tray at only 10 to 20 envelopes at a time?

    Job Security

I loved giving credit to the employee who deserved it. It would always throw my boss off-balance, as he was accustomed to taking credit for anything I did. Loved watching him be uncomfortable.

    Quadient / Neopost Support

Is this some type of postage application (metering) piece of equipment? If so, you may be SOL. Any company that deals with the dispensing of USPS postage (Including Quadient) is obligated to follow a lot of Federal reporting and regulations with regard to monitoring and control of those funds...

    Product Development

You can forget the annual company picnic this year. Since we're not going to do it, our competitor will. Then, we'll need to spend tons of money to buy the patent and pigeon-hole it so as to protect our outdated software. Perhaps hot-dogs and hamburgers in Bill's back yard?

Is the Xerox Versant 180 good enough?

Definitely some kind of bot that's not very good. Nothing worse than ONE sentence with TWO subjects that have absolutely nothing to do with each other. Kind of like saying: "Do you think I need to increase the magenta, or, did you bring your lunch today?"

Is the Xerox Versant 180 good enough?

Ok, but, to what end? For what purpose? Maybe I'm just too old to understand.

Is the Xerox Versant 180 good enough?

So............was it the bot's purpose to drive you to their website?

Is the Xerox Versant 180 good enough?

Yes, I'm an old boomer. Retired. But, I still don't understand. Can someone please explain to me what the objective of a bot's response is? It's not trying to sell me anything, convince me to do anything, use a service, etc. So..........What's in it for the bot?

Is the Xerox Versant 180 good enough?

I don't understand this response. It starts out like she is a sales rep for Xerox (Pro V180), then says it's expensive, requires space and expertise (Con V180), and then finishes up by saying it's Ideal for print shops and large businesses (Pro V180). I'm confused..............
