Sorry, just curious, do you mind me asking why you put a direct markup on stock? I generally calculate costs (artwork, stock, click, hourly rates etc) and then add a % markup on the total?

You can get those marks through impose. In Impose (assuming an import of single A5 to be laid 4up) Set trim marks to 2mm and gutters to 5+mm and those will appear. Sheet Size SRA3. You'd want to have bleed set to 2mm and finish size A5 with maybe a custom zoom if no bleed was originally present.
