Study shows face masks don’t stop infections

I very rarely wear a mask since the start. Have traveled extensively in the US. I haven’t contracted Covid or any other sickness

    Carbonless Prices...

Might wanna try Midland Paper. We use them and they have pretty good pricing on most stuff. But theyre more regional I believe.

Why don't they have this here?

Ive actually seen that at a local university. I think its an iPad or similar. You walk in and look at it. They obviously dont have turnstiles or anything that its connected to. But it reads your temperature and if you dont have a mask on a message pops up saying "please put on a mask before...

    Graphic Whizard Creasemaster Plus

Anyone running one? Just wanting some reviews on them. The search on here didn't seem to turn up with much other than a few people saying they had one and it got the job done. Needing something that will impact crease and perf. This seems like a good option with nice used machines in my budget.

    Duplo DC 545 or similar?

We have the Sterling Digibinder. Its never actually had a problem with cracking when the spines are folded, we just have more requesting the hinge fold as well. Im now leaning more towards a Graphic Whizard Creasemaster plus. They seem reasonably priced and seem to do a good job from the little...

    Government bids

So I’ve seen some people on here comment that government bids are a race to the bottom. Why do you think that way. I can see that for something like a simple 100,000 postcard run, but for other jobs it seems like there is definitely some margin in there. why do you say they’re a race to the...

    Duplo DC 545 or similar?

Hey guys, im in need of a machine to handle creasing/scoring. We are going to be doing perfect binding jobs, and I need to be able to score the covers. Both for the spine and hinge folds. Would an older machine like the Duplo 545 work for this? We don't have a need for much scoring as it is, but...

    System like 4Over's PrintersBridge

Hey guys, I looked at 4overs Printers Bridge over the summer and it looks appealing to me. We have a good customer base already and it would be nice for them to have a website to go to and order business cards and such. This would also be a way for us to offer them promotional products. They use...

Study shows face masks don’t stop infections

Actually, all those things you do give up some freedom. You give up the freedom of riding in the car as you please. Wearing whatever hat you want. Those might not be important freedoms to you, but to some it might be. Why do we have the 4th amendment. We’d be much safer if the police could just...

Study shows face masks don’t stop infections

I think the biggest thing that non Americans don’t understand (and a lot of Americans) is that Americans tend to be very individualistic people. In the words of the great Ben Franklin, “those who sacrifice security for freedom deserve neither”.

Paper to use to Print "Prop Money"

It is designed to be an obvious novelity. And I knew it was 100% cotton. I think we’re the only county left still using cotton/natural materials aren’t we?

Paper to use to Print "Prop Money"

Hey guys, I know this is kind of a voodoo topic, but I have a customer in the entertainment industry that is wanting to print their own "prop money". They want it to have a similar feel, but I suggested for both our piece of mind not to make it too believable. I figured something like a 28#...

    Konica Minolta c6000 print speeds

Depending on machine adjustments it’ll probably run a little slower than 50ppm. And I’m not sure if it slows down on heavier media or not. Some models do, some models don’t. I’m guessing real world average is around 47-48ppm SIMPLEX. If you duplex your looking at 22-23 ppm.

Who is Responsible for Printing Intellectual Property

That does a pretty good job of clearing things up for me. The example I had was someone wrote their own story based upon an existing story. Lets say Superman for instance. Fans of the stories write their own and its called FanFiction. They talked about getting their own novel printed for only...

    Die Cutting 1000 sheets/day 400 gsm

This is great advice. Im sure there's tons of consultants out there that could help. Id love to help out if I just understood what you are wanting. But like we said, were just all confused.

    Die Cutting 1000 sheets/day 400 gsm

These are your direct words. "FYI we have always been ahead of the competition by doing things ourselves and have been recognized in the industry for being ahead of the competition in packaging." But thats besides the point. I don't want to get into a he said she said argument. If you want...

    Konica Minolta c6000 print speeds

Brochure below says A3 at 34ipm. Im guessing 12x18 would be around 32-33ipm. Duplex that and im guessing you'd be at 15-16ipm. Can you get a Customer Expectation Document from your rep? We have one from Xerox that list everything about the machine...

    Die Cutting 1000 sheets/day 400 gsm

Every time you post, it seems to confuse me more and more. Now your saying your a leading innovator, trend setters and Trail Blazers in the packaging market? I don't want to be rude, but someone who is considered those things isn't worried about the cheapest way to produce something, and so much...

    Ricoh C9200+C7200 v Xerox Iridesse

Are you saying they are wanting to get you out of your 3100 and into an Iridesse at a lower cost? When the 3100 came out we wanted to know if the Xerox branded finishing could go on our 1000i. They said no, but made us a pretty good deal to get us into the 3100. Im pretty sure they wanted that...
