Hi Richard, It may happens when fonts are not supporting in ripping. Ripping software is old etc., Make sure fonts are embaded. Or better option is make all fonts to converted to curves as adviced by jithu.

You can turn off die color if it is SPOT color and marked with Die. Make sure it is over printed.

TeamViewer needs to be provide password to access system, instead it is better to use screen sharing if u r using mac or VNC in case of PC. Prinet provides the facilisity to take additional plates required from press.
