No mess inside our Acento IIS after 4 years still spotlessly clean. We run 100% power and about 700rpm, MO plates, GTO 46 and 52's.

We purchased a new 700 in January. It was upgraded to 700i a few weeks later. We had the latest firmware/software installed on the new 700 but then all that software was upgraded again for 700i. There was no hardware upgrade from 700 to 700i.

When we duplex on 300gsm the server software reduces the speed of the 700i to allow for the fuser temperature to increase to fuse the toner properly. Of course this slows the 700i down massively but we just leave the 700i running with no operator in attendance and it runs perfectly. It is fusing...

I have a customer that wants to print Max Sheet size on our 700i (488mm x 330mm) for a book. Paper size is not an issue here, I suggested SRA3 but customer is asking for Max Size. Question: How does the 700i run using Max size when duplexing?? or just running at Max sheet size??.

The "instore upgrade" started last Friday and was completed today. Some software/firmware issues / licensing issues but its resolved now. I was surprised to learn that there were no hardware upgrades only firmware software upgrades. From today we move from 220gsm duplex to 300gsm duplex.
