    We went for the ricoh c7110. I can't tell much about it yet as the machine delivery is in may but exhibition samples were great. The machine can duplex 360gsm stock and can print clear and white toner. Also it can print banner size 34 x 70 cm

    The clear toner will be updated with a higher gloss version. Spot gloss is nothing like spot uv but it surely simulates the effect when laid over ink. Ricoh techs do not recommend a 2nd pass.

    It looks perfect... I will take pics in an hour and post... be bought the machine from Heidelberg. It's labeled as linoprint CV. What I was by the Heidelberg rep in the exhibition is that the machine can run any plastic substrate as long as it resists a certain temperature. Forgot what that was.

    It was a no brainer for us to pick this machine. Nothing in its class compares in quality. A lot of added value with the white and clear toners. Not to mention that the click charge is a lot less than the competition for us. I also have samples of print on transparent plastic.
