    Beta F is included.... Duel Coating Chamber also added along with dual pumps... It's an LE-UV machine, we opted for LE instead of LED.... the machines comes with 4 lamps, but only 3 can be used at the same time... first lamp is after the first unit, second lamp is after the fifth inking unit...

    It's a 106 not a 105... ink temperature control is already in the listed options. We also added dual wash tanks and pipelines in order to run LE UV and conventional inks.

    Reseparated for ink optimization could mean that a CMYK area of 80 cyan, 45 magenta, 60 yellow, 10 black (iso coated 300 profile) will turn into 60 cyan, 24 magenta, 43 yellow, 24 black (PSO coated 300% NPscreen profile) which might look considerably different from what the designer expects..

    we have a 2006 kolbus HD trimmer, it's got those side knives. I had the technician check if they are installed correctly. question... what type of material is used for the book block that the books down? we use some kind of thick gray cardboard.. we also tried waiting for the glue to fully dry...

    we tried different glues... the side isn't an issue as it doesn't get to the edges... just the spine. we also tried less glue, didn't solve it.

    we are having a problem on our three knife trimmers (we have two, one is modern, the other is old). we are getting chipped edges. we tried installing new knives, it didn't help, we tried different settings, we even tried different films of side and spine glues... but still can't find the issue...
