    we are still looking into it. we also experienced an issue at the end of the day when the pressman washed the press. the plate picked up ink after the wash... i think it is related to the first issue.

    I am in the same boat... same issue for service... it doesn't exist... we tried a cheap chinese ink that runs Extremely well with 4% ipa, but the water levels are in the 60s... once we put in an expensive flint ink, water levels drop to 40s.
