Who makes 100% White Brightness Paper

Gordo nailed it. (y) I never rely on the expressed Brightness of a stock. I like to have a visual look at the Whiteness of a sheet. I like Navigator in general. Their Soporset brand in particular. BUT, for calibrating the Canon color toner printers, we always used Hammermill Color Copy.

    business card imposition

I'm not skilled in Fiery. So if that's all you have for impose, then listen to the Fiery experts. My approach would be to set the cards up at their final size or slightly bigger with bleeds, in Acrobat Pro. Then apply N-Up... I use Quite Imposing. Now you have each different card on one sheet...

Probably, a hot foil press. Usually means making a Die first, heating it up, then press on to material, through a foil. Gold, silver etc. Heat causing it to stick where the die is pressing down. There are a few different ways to do similar things these days. Look up "Sleeking"

    Recommendations for corner stapling machine?

Are you looking for a printer replacement with that feature? Canon Titan (Oce) 6180.. (Or other speed) has a very good finisher/stapler 50 sheet, can be configured to 100 sheets I think.(I've not tried 100). Use PrismaPrepare to send job. For Preprinted, just program sheets as "inserts" no...

Lamination roll RF ID tags for Fujipla /Drylam laminators. 240 UN-USED RFID's available. Should be usable in any of their models by changing the settings. Use aftermarket mandrel adaptor, 1 inch to 3 inch.. Use these tags to make work. Ask for pictures.

I have a bunch of RF ID tags

I have RF ID tags for Fujipla Laminators.. Lamination rolls.. Unused. Probably about 100 plus.. (EDIT: 240) Out of Fujipla tagged 1" core lamination rolls. Anyone interested in these? They can be used with an aftermarket mandrel adaptor to 3 inch core. So able to use any film (much cheaper)...

Any ideas? (extract images from PDF, run image enhancements, then replace back into PDF)

Yes.. BUT, you have to make the association in acrobat first. You can actually associate a number of external programs, and choose which one to open to.

    Sterling Digibinder Super Nipper trouble.

Yes for the wheel thing. I put a few pieces of chipboard in the clamp and manually pushed it over to the saw, NOT running. Moved the saw blade by finger, and adjust wheel so blade just kisses the paper. A very small further adjust when you run a book block. If the saw "note" drops as it goes...

    Sterling Digibinder Super Nipper trouble.

Learning curve for sure.. One bit of advice, the roughing saw adjustment is sensitive. A small adjustment goes a long way, so to speak. You want it barely skimming the block.

    Wrinkling on 100lb gloss text

So, there is an option.. Available in the print dialogue or in job properties in the fiery screen. Under Properties, go to Image. Then Brightness. There are options to reduce brightness various levels, down to 85%. This will reduce the amount of toner being applied. There is also a Curve...

Give them what they ask for. It seems to work for them. When it stops working, then question it.

    Sterling Digibinder Super Nipper trouble.

It is so easy to accidently interrupt the safety beams, you may not even know you did it. I took steps to help prevent this. But you should be aware. Might be responsible for the random errors stops.

    Sterling Digibinder Super Nipper trouble.

I would first check to see if the machine is set for padding. Second, there is a STOP bolt, (metal plunger thing) that engages the back of the block carrier/clamp, at the nip station, this needs to be accurately aligned. There are 2 sensors on the bolt thing. (for in/out)Shouldn't need to touch...

    Realtor Buying Printer

Do you want to become a printer? You will be looking for print work, to cover the cost of printing.. Take good advise.. As in everyone above. The volumes you suggest.. (5k) are very little, to a print shop. But require more expensive equipment to "finish". Get quotes from 4 local printers, and...
