    Hi all. A customer has gone onto Fuji process less plates and needs to remove the Agfa vcf85 from the Heidleberg. Is this strait forward as unplugging a coms cable and trying it or do I have to change a setting in the suprasetter to make it not connect to the Agfa. Thanks in advance

    Didn’t think it was possible . Customer still convinced his supplier can do this. Like you i remember we converted most 2055 from 5mw lap v to 60 mw pro v . This was at apex when they paired up with Fuji but the thermal would melt the plastic correction lense i recon.

    has any of you guys had this . I’ve not visited yet but the plate images half way and then fails mid scan . customer has spoken to a Heidleberg engineer on the phone and they say it’s a board or diode but surely that would error before starting to image . I’m thinking more cable fault ?

    They use am screening but it’s also visible on a solid . About a year ago he replaced the lead screw drive step motor with a used one from eBay . He got two motors . He then got the local sparky to crimp the old connector to the eBay motor and seemed ok for 12 months . I’ve just done the same...

    Morning all. Just helping a customer with a Heidleberg badged creo . He’s getting faint lines on the image. Barely visible . No errors and in the direction of scan. I’ve cleaned the lense and lubricated the lead screw but it’s still there. Any suggestions please
