    Is there any way to remove the automated hyperlinks in Acrobat? I've tried everything from re-distilling the PDF file to going to "Advanced/Document Processing/Remove all links..." in Acrobat. I know you can turn off "Create links from URL" under Preferences in Acrobat, but I need them removed...
