Anyone have a Ricoh 9100 or 9110 and have experience with 400 GSM stock capabilities of the machine? What are your impressions of registration and overall performance of the machine running this stock with a high volume?

Thanks for the feedback! From what the salesman said the indigo no longer needs the sheets to be coated to be rub resistant for sheet fed. Maybe tech has changed? I noticed you said "has become" did you go through a initial period up front where you had a ton of issues?

Looking into getting away from our current machines and getting an Indigo 3550 or a Xerox 1000. Have any of you guys had experience with these machines? Which would you prefer? Any inherent issues i should be aware of?

Matt, Yes, metrix is great! Just very costly. You can also export out a JDF, so that the imposition dept can use the layout in their rip software (apogeeX works great).

Hey guys, i've sold Nup to another company, but they are using me to do updates to the app. I am pleased to announce the first major update will be live soon. The new update patches some bugs as well as adds functionality by displaying multiple layouts. Hope you enjoy!

As of 8/14/13, this app has been sold, so I am no longer supporting it. Updates should be coming soon from the new owner.

Also, if you don't want to send an email when you open tickets or you don't want to send a recap, just make the fields blank in the settings.
