You were right, filters and flush. We were told that the ink was changed to meet European standards, which required installation of a new set of permanent filters and complete flush. Since they did this, the issues are completely gone.

Yes! And the funny thing is that we used the new inks for almost a year and half with no issues then last May/June the crystalline contamination happened and here we are.

I think you answered the question for me. Seems to be items with gradients and or significant screens, sport or process and same stock. Two difference rips, but same results. Just irks me at times :-)

We print alot of envelopes on a PSI and Xante Digital Envelope Printer and have noticed that logos when printed at different sizes (particularly) smaller sizes can have very difference color characteristics. Any idea why this occurs? We are using vector art.
